The wrong way of placing dishes:

1. Stack the freshly washed dishes upside down. This will make the dirt on the bottom of the above dish dish on a dish, and the water in the dish will easily accumulate and multiply bacteria.

2. Dry the bowl with a dry rag after washing. This is not desirable because of the many bacteria on the rag.

The correct approach:

Set up a dish rack, clean the frequently used dishes, put the dishes upright, and buckle the bowl on the shelf so that the dishes are quickly dried. Not commonly used can be placed in the cupboard.

Chopsticks, knife holder error method:

1. Wash the chopsticks in a cupboard, drawer, airtight chopsticks, or put a clean cloth on the chopsticks to prevent dust.

2. Place the kitchen knife in a non-ventilated drawer or knife holder.

3. The cutting board is not completely cleaned or stored in airtight cabinets and drawers.

All of these practices hinder the evaporation of water. In particular, the cutting board has many scratches and slits on the surface, and often contains food residues. The bacteria are easy to multiply.

The correct approach:

1. Use a stainless steel chopstick tube with good air permeability, nail it in a ventilated place, and put the commonly used chopsticks in the chopsticks.

2. Install a strong crossbar on the wall and attach the hook to hang the cleaned cutting board, spatula, colander, egg beater, rag, dish cloth, etc. on the hook. Kitchen utensils that are not commonly used can be placed in cabinets.
